NESCO attaches utmost priority to human resource development, with focus on regular up-gradation of the knowledge and skills of our employees and equipping them with the necessary expertise to meet the challenges of change and grow successfully. A number of executives have undergone DRUM training program, conducted at Managerial Development Institute at Mumbai, Gridco Training Centre at Bhubaneswar and Management Institute of Hydrabad. Similarly, an MOU has been signed between US Energy Association, three Orissa Distribution Companies and Pinacle West Capital Corporation APS funded by USAID for exchange of information and experience, which involves aspects of utilities, operations and administrations such as customer services, customer complaints, maintenance, distribution management in rural areas / urban areas, sales and environment management, design aspects and other issues. Under the above program, three batches consisting of five executives of the Company have visited USA and gathered rich experience about distribution of electricity.
