Type of communication

Data can be transferred to and fro from aCmRI conforming to CBIP-111 through optical port conforming to IEC-1107 provided in front of the meter.data can also be transferred through central based computer using GSPMS lines and suitable modems. The data element size and its overhead speed of transmission should less than 10 minutes.
25 Others Meter should record energy correctly
    i) in case of Current reversal
    II)In case of neutral fail
    iii)In case of neutral disturbance
iv) Meter should record at Imax in any tamper event due to magnatic influence
26 Real time Clock Time drift of Real time clock in the meteris less than±7 minutes per years
